DODO ransomware is a variant of Chaos ransomware.
DODO ransomware encrypts all user data (documents, photos, Excel, videos, music, etc.) using an encryption algorithm. Then change the file names by adding an extension to all files. For example, an image file titled "digital.jpg" will be changed to "digital.jpg.crypterdodo". You can see that the Excel file called "info.xlsx" changes to "info.xlsx.crypterdodo", etc.
