This ransomware discovered by anti-ransomware Whitedefender while investigating cyber security threats is [Osiris Ransomware].
Osiris is identified as a variant of the Locky ransomware/encryption virus. Attacks often use spam, which is the most common method, and criminals collaborate with other criminals to deliver ransomware payloads to tens of thousands of users through spoofed emails. For example, there are spam emails that users have no choice but to open, such as shopping mall order information, delivery failure notifications, receipt details, and invoices. 
This ransomware is difficult to detect because it runs by using standard Windows components to download scripts and libraries.

Osiris ransomware encrypts all of the user's files and changes the desktop image. It creates a “DesktopOSIRIS.htm” ransom note file and encourages users to view it in all areas.
